  1. Tốt nghiệp Đại học ngành liên quan, chương trình đại học ít nhất 3 năm, tổng số tính chỉ là 180 (các bạn học năm cuối Đại học có thể gia hạng bằng ĐH)
  2. Điều kiện ngoại ngữ.
